Fantastic customer service. When we thought my husband was not going to be able to move our daughter’s stuff to her storage unit from UTPB, I called Brothers Moving & Storage. Paul gave me a reasonable quote & went out of his way to work around her campus move out date. My husband was able to get off so we didn’t end up needing the service but I will not hesitate to use them in the future. Great service is hard to find & I highly recommend this company. Preston and Henry R rocked up on time and did a fantastic job in bringing home our household goods that have been in storage for 13 years. They ensured the house was prepped for the movement and we had a zero damage move. A first in my recollection after 40 years of moves Highly recommend Brothers for your storage and loading / delivery needs. We had an amazing experience start to finish. Nick helped schedule our move and get us a quote immediately. Michael always answered the phone and got back to us when needed. Titus and his team came in and worked their butts off to ensure our furniture was treated with care. The movers are professional and courteous. I would use them and recommend to ANYONE. Jordan and his crew were Great!!! They were professional and friendly. They let me know when they were on their way. The furniture they moved had a lot of glass pieces to them. They took great care to protect everything and move my furniture safely. Jordan, Titus and Erick all did a great job. They worked quickly and carefully with moving large, heavy pieces of older furniture. Paul and Michael were awesome! They made a horrible situation better and stress free for my husband and myself during a bad time.Mo, Darren, and Kyle arrived on time and were friendly and professional right from the get go. KILLED IT!!!Everything went over without a hitch. Nothing broken, nothing dented. The crew he had was awesome. And DANG were they fast. Wrapped up everything before it even went into the truck. We had a few things that wouldn't fit in there (due to our underestimation of our stuff) but the crew was VERY communicative the entire time about how we could handle it and what was most important to us to transport with them. Will definitely recommend them in the future and use them if we ever need to.

I was very impressed from the beginning with Bradley on the phone. He had great customer service skills and was very thorough. He helped me get into my new home faster than expected. I am new to the area and decided to use Brothers Moving based off the positive feedback I saw online, and they certainly lived up the expectations. The crew that took care of my move did a fantastic job of communicating, making sure all the materials were wrapped in blankets and bubble wrap (adequately - I have had previous damage from movers, and none here), being helpful., and being on time. They went out of their way to make sure everything was cared for, would not be damaged, took everything apart, and rebuilt everything at my new house. They even took the time to make sure I was ok with how everything was wrapped and being handled. The politeness and extra attention is very appreciated. I’ve personally moved 7 times in the last 10 years and this was by far the best move I’ve had. Would highly recommend using Brothers Moving if you are looking to move in the area.

We were quoted a lower price than 4 other moving companies and higher than 2. We went for the middle range of pricing because expensive isn't always best and cheapest isn't always good. Good choice! This crew was friendly, timely, quick to load and unload, polite and respectful of our property. Our refrigerator was very difficult to get into our new house, so it suffered a little damage on one the door. I'm not complaining, just being accurate with my review. Accidents DO happen!! I would use Brothers Moving and Storage again and recommend them to you and my friends. Very pleasant experience. Thanks for getting us moved into our new home! Katie

I needed help in moving a very heavy rock top coffee table. Other movers were apprehensive due to a small crack and a natural weak area in the slab. I requested 4 strong guys and I got the best. They were courteous, friendly, and careful. They did not use foul language and I appreciated that. I thought the slab would require a crate and they would have built it if that's what I wanted but it would have made it a lot more expensive to move. Instead they wrapped it in blankets and shrink wrap with cardboard for added strength. They explained what they would do and they followed our instructions on how we wanted it lifted. Everything worked out great. Even though it was just one item and 6 other boxes they did not mind. They treated everything with care.

This was the best move I have ever had and it was all thanks to Brothers. Crew was amazing, they took great care with the items, and they went above and beyond multiple times. Getting the quote was easy, and it was accurate.The actual move went smooth as possible. I would highly recommend these guys. We have used plenty of movers in the past but Brother’s Moving and Storage has by far been the best.I can’t say enough good things about Brothers Moving and Storage to do them any justice, but I will start from the beginning.From the first contact with the scheduling staff these folks made my move as easy as can be. They were so easy to work with and very easy to schedule with. The office staff were in good communication with me until well after they were all done with my move. All of my wishes were met and I am very happy with them.On moving day, I got an email for the expected time the crew would show up. We are in the country and our home is not easy to find but one of the crew members was at my home earlier than the truck and the rest of the crew.The crew leader called me and communicated well an expected time to be at my home and they were there on time. The first member got right to work as soon as he arrived looking over what needed to be packed and helping me to finish up a few things I was doing in preparation for their arrival. He wasted no time at all. When the rest of the team got here, they also went through a walk through of my home. They asked a lot of questions about what I wanted and in the end of the day, they accomplished every single thing I asked of them.I have a very large home so prior to their arriving, I was concerned my home would maybe not fit all into a trailer. These guys packed the trailer (very carefully) with such skill, I am certain they must’ve grown up playing lots of Tetris. Master skill level in the space department.I had a few items in my home that were very important to me and very fragile. These guys wrapped and packaged these items like one would see at an Egg drop contest. Not a single thing was broken or scratched. They were extra careful with my floors in my home also as they are real wood floors.I watched as they took item after item outside my home wondering how they were fitting it all inside the truck. It was a very hot day and I never once saw them slacking off or even reasonably taking more time than necessary away from packing my home. Never once did I feel like they didn’t earn more than every penny I was paying them to do this for me. .We worked with Paul Woodruff for scheduling. Our moving crew was Nicholas Aguero,. David Lloya, Rolondo Torres and Demetrio Leya.Thank y’all so much for taking such good care of our household goods!Tobie and Brittney Inman, Glen Rose, Texas.
